Our cigars are aged between 1.7 to 2 years, ensuring that each blend reaches its peak flavor profile. We believe that great things take timeāour cigars are no exception."
The process begins with the careful cultivation of tobacco plants. Once harvested, the leaves undergo curing, where they are dried and fermented to develop the rich flavors and aromas essential to quality cigars.
02. Blending & Rolling
Skilled artisans blend different tobacco leaves to achieve the desired flavor profile. The leaves are then meticulously rolled by hand, using a binder leaf to hold the blend together, and finished with a wrapper leaf for a smooth, polished look.
03. Aging & Quality Control
After rolling, the cigars are aged in a controlled environment to allow the flavors to mature. Before packaging, each cigar undergoes a rigorous quality control check to ensure consistency and perfection.
